Nice match, Zach! You know, a suggestion I have is to actually turn this into a UU team. A lot of your team is already either UU or NU. Obviously you can't utilize Abomasnow but you can use Snover instead (his stats are pretty terrible but that certainly doesn't make him useless. You can deal with most Rain Dance teams just by switching him in, and Rain is by far the most dominant and overpowered style of play in UU). He actually has an analysis on Smogon; you should check it out. Make sure you use the UU set (labeled UU), and not an LC set (not labeled).

If you do this, you probably want to use Snover as a lead (you certainly don't have to) but try not to let him die right away; Rain Dance is very common and will destroy your entire strategy.

Man, when Mence is gone, Swampert's gonna be arguably the most game-changing threat. Seriously. That thing survived a Brick Break from a +4 Scizor. +4. That's crazy. Swampert is a wall that has amazing defensive stats, an AMAZING defensive typing, and some pretty good offenses to go with it.

all my pokemon were nu. smogon doesn't have a nu ladder but a uu ladder and smogon has over 100 times more people than the cap server which has a nu ladder. so my nu team is beating uu teams. that is all.

If you're gonna play UU you should make a UU team! Stuff that works really well against UU teams might not work so well in NU, and stuff that doesn't work well against UU teams might work wonderfully in NU.

Just so you know if there's no item clause even on poison types lefties tend to be a better item than black sludge. Cuz basically the reason you would use black sludge is to hurt mons who use trick, which makes sense except when you take into account the fact that they can easily just trick them back onto another one of your pokémon and cripple them. Not so good.

yeah i know about that. if my tentacruel gets tricked i automatically get my second layer of toxic spikes and then i usually switch to weezing. i just make sure i can't get the black sludge tricked back onto me.
