How I did this: So if you save your log... then open it in word.... this is how it turns out. Much much better than in notepad.
Summary: The Johns were flying from both our mouths before the match even started. I was promising that this team was in the process of being altered to a "theoretically" better team while shadow was telling me that his pkmn were lacking certain moves. He even told me the believable (because I've done it too) "whoops, this one only has 3 moves."
What you should know if you don't:
John: Any sort of excuse after or even prior to a match up between two or more players. Generally it comes from the loser after he/she loses the match.
Trick Room makes the slower pkmn attack first (this lasts for 5 turns)
Encore forces a pkmn to use the same move (unless of course they switch out)
The rest you'll have to figure out.... ask or watch and see... i just realized it's kind of hard to track percents so hopefully you'll get the idea.
So if you really want to make this fun pull out a pencil and let the arithmetic commence!
